The eyes that see, Those who judge.
They see a kid, but not budge.
I am far behind, but they don't believe.
I am way normal,  but they don't release.
Release their weapons and go away.
I am not a danger, I am gonna stay.
Their eyes are danger and mine are fear.
They gonna be, my only fear.
I am just a kid. I am only a soul.
They see me as a weapon. They see me roar.
Run away. Run away.
His eyes are power. His fears at bay.
I wanna hug. I wanna stay.
I wanna love. I wanna fight.
I trusted those, who helped me fight.
Run away, Run away.
I scream now. I am gonna be alright.
I am gonna help. Who taught me right.
But those who help, never betray.
And he betrayed me, right away.
Run away. Run away.
No, I ain't run away.
I am gonna fight, every day.
I am gonna force them to see.

Read the Darkest Minds by Alexandra Bracken.

This is my review on the darkest minds book by Alexandra  Bracken. It's my first poem actually.

This poem really explains a lot about a book. But I don't want to give it all away by a typical professional review. It's a great book by the way. I loved every second of it.

My Review on "The Hate you give by Angie Thomas "

I am lost...And found..
Happy.....And sad.
It's alright.
At least...I am alive.
Am I ?
I am not
Am I ??
I am not.


I am not alive. You know why? Cause what makes me alive is my voice and I have none.

I have no voice.
I don't scream... I cry.
I done argue... I stay quiet.
I don't fight.... I surrender.
I push and push and push the anger aside but never goes away.

It keeps hanging above my head waiting to go off any second.
And it goes off eventually. It blows in your face and kills you.


THUG LIFE
The hate you give little infants f***s everybody.

you better get it out....you better stand out....you better scream...you better say the truth....you better not let hate controls you. You better not let anger plays you. You better not let fear imprison you.

As when it does...things gonna get bad...way Bad.

Mini summaries part 3 (Glitches)

Hello. Welcome to Mini summaries part 3. If u don't get what am I talking about, pls Check the previous posts.
Sleep finally gets to me. One second I close my eyes and the next I open it after 8 hours of sleep. But How the hell I never felt those long hours of sleep. It definitely felt like minutes, even seconds. What really happened while I was asleep??
In your body, maybe not much, but in your brain. I am sure a lot has happened.
Let's start with the easy ones.
When you sleep you get into 4 stages of sleep.
The first stage is called. REM (rapid-eye-movement) stage. This stage is the most active stage ( the brain here is very active actually ) and also this when all dreams happen.
The second stage is called NREM (non-rapid-eye movement) stage. This stage has 3 substages which only differs (as far as we know offcourse) in the type of signals shown in this stage.
In NREM less brain activity and no dreams.
What really controls your dreams and sleep dysfunctions is REM.
Then if you don't know how the hell you spent from 6 -9 hours a day like a dead person. u better know that the reason is The REM stage, where your brain nearly functions as like you are awake except your motor neurons.
So your brain is quite active, your internal organs are active.
SO IN REM, YOU ARE VERY MUCH AWAKE EXCEPT YOU ARE NOT MOVING AND CLOSING YOUR EYES
AND OFFCOURSE UNCONSCIOUS.[x]
" I opened my eyes after a long sleep, starting to fully wake up and sit on the bed, but I couldn't. I couldn't move my hands or legs. I felt like I was chained in my own body. As if someone was standing on my chest. I tried to untie my self from this strange hold. But in vain. I looked at my bedroom door, and there was a man. He was so tall and dark. He was so creepy. He started to walk towards me. I screamed from the top of my lungs. But nothing came out "
This is called sleep paralysis. There are many theories behind this phenomenon. But the scientific one is a glitch. Yeah, you heard me right. A little glitch by the brain.
Your brain is perfect just the way it is. But sometimes when you wake up. It doesn't switch back the motor neurons( which controls your movement) right away, so you feel like you are trapped and the huge dark man you saw. He is just a hallucination caused by your brain due to your fear and uncontrolled emotions.
On the other side, there's sleep walking, which is one of the most common dysfunctions.
The same glitch in the brain but in reverse. The motor neurons are this case isn't switched off. No its on. As in awakeness. so you walk, talk, or move or jump in your sleep... Which is called sleepwalking.
And last but definitely not least the infamous hypnic jerk.
I am sure you felt it a time or two. Maybe more. But when you start sleeping and then feel like you are falling and then your leg is jerked. This is when your brain mistakes your sleep with dying. so, it tries to switch the motor neurons back on quickly and wakes you up.
Glitches or not, your brain is amazing. It is the greatest creation of all times. Just try to be healthy and know it better, cause your true power lies in it.

Mini summaries part 2 (sleeping)

Eyes closed for an hour. ...no still nothing.
Try to breathe slowly. Easy inhale and exhale...still nothing...ok, let's eat or drink something...
3 HOURS LATER.
Still no sleep. Why can't I sleep?? more precisely why we sleep in the first place??
Many people say that we sleep to rest. To relieve our physical stress and renew our energy.
Is it body-related or brain-related?
Do we sleep because our bodies need sleep or our brain?
First of all how sleep takes place.
Let me tell you something...
It all started with a gland (called pineal gland) in the brain. It secretes a hormone called melatonin. This hormone makes you sleepy.
So, if you couldn't sleep last night. I guess you had low melatonin level in your system.
Try to heighten it up(i don't know how actually. it isn't mentioned in the book).
But the book mentions that our retinas (the retina of the eye) have something to do with it.
There are sensors on them. When they detect a low amount of light, they give signals to the pineal gland to secrete melatonin. Guess that's why you often sleep at night and in the dark.
Why do we sleep??
We do we feel sleepy? Why the pineal gland secretes melatonin everyday non_stop?
One of the most spread theories(i say theories cause they aren't true) is the need of the body to rest. I mean physically.
It's definitely a possibility. A good one actually, but why I close my eyes and be unconscious for a while .when all I need is physical rest??
Guess what. Your whole life was a lie. we don't sleep to rest ( not the body through).
We sleep to relax the brain.
Theories have proved that hypernating animals( which have low metabolism than most, in other words, spend and need less energy than others) need sleep, not any sleep actually there sleep might be longer and tighter as a Coma.
SLEEP ISNT RELATED TO THE BODY...IT IS RELATED TO THE BRAIN.
YOUR BRAIN NEEDS THE SLEEP NOT YOUR BODY.
BUT WHY???
In addition to brain functions and clearing out your brain, there are the memories.
Every minute your brain takes billions of data (as sounds, visuals, smellings, touchings, etc) all these data are taken into the brain to analyse, arrange and store them as Memories.
So you are 50, 20, 9 or even 21(like me) years old. Every minute of every day of every weak of every month of every year you store billions and billions of data.
Whether your body needs the unconscious rest or not. Your brain definitely needs from 6 to 9 hours a day to store and restore your daily memories according to its importance.
Note that: this isn't about the body needs no rest at all. Nooooo. This is about the unconscious of sleep and its relation to the body or brain.
Your body needs rest, but you don't have to be unconscious.

Mini summaries part 1

Hello everyone, So I decided to create mini summaries based on the worldwide bestselling book (the idiot brain by Dean Burnette). It will be in parts. Each one summarises a tiny part of the book cause it's HUGE and (u know) I am just an amateur writer. Thank you for following.
Lets start...
The brain interferes with almost every food-based decision. You may have heard that the first bite is with the eye? Much of our brain, as much as 65 percent of it, is associated with vision rather than taste.
Dean burnette...the idiot brain
Habits are a big part of our eating regime, and once our brain starts to expect things, our body quickly follows suit. 
Dean burnette ....the idiot brain.
I love eating. I really do. But sometimes I just ask myself why. Why I can't stand not eating for more than 5 hours while others may spend all the day eating nothing and feel good.
They have a brain. I do.
They have a stomach. I do
They have enzymes control the appetite...I have.
So what's the problem?
The problem is in the harmony.
Yeah, the brain has two major parts(neocortex and the twins).
If there's no harmony between those two things will be a bit different.
As the twins just make sure that you eat when your body needs nutrients and food, and just makes you stop eating when the body gets enough.
But Neocortex plays in a different field. It just takes care of your conscious and emotions so when neo says stop. The twins say no there's still dessert and I love dessert.
When neo says no don't eat. Twins say no she failed the exams....she broke up...she got hit.....(anything that causes emotional distress) She needs comfort and comfort in brain language is called sugar so guess why you love chocolate and wanna eat it all the time.
Cause it contains a lot of sugar that the twins need for comfort...

Intro to my summary of the idiot brain by Dean Burnette

First of all, this is my own style in writing,  so I don't copy paste words from the original book by dean brunette. I am just trying to tell you what I really got from this book, which is aloooooooot.
My first thought about the brain, it is just a piece of meat inside your head, it controls stuff in your body and so on.
Then l learned about the organs and I started to connect the dots.
The brain gives signals to the organs to do its work and so on, right?
Wrong...you couldn't be more wrong actually.
"the brain had a much more clear and simple purpose: keeping the body alive by any means necessary." Dean burnette. The idiot's brain.
The brain controls the body in 2 major ways:
1st..in the physiological process and internal works ( in more simple saying.. It just keep everything normal and prevent any dysfunctions in internal organs )
These procedures are maintained by two parts of the brain (brainstem and cerebellum).
2nd..the more advanced abilities...what keeps us humans..consciousness...reasoning...attention.... this stuff are controlled by the neocortex.
You can say that what really makes us humans..is the neocortex.
All that we want. Is a little harmony between the neocortex and. (brainstem and cerebellum)
So here we gonna name (brainstem and cerebellum) the twins, and neocortex we gonna call it neo... Just for facilitation.
What we wanna do is to make sure that Either neo and the twins play in harmony or don't play with each other and every one of them  mind his own business.
Neo sometimes thinks that he is the most important cause he is the smartest..he controls what really makes us humans.
The twins may also think that cause, they control what makes us alive. Human or not.
I think that's what really makes the brain fascinating...its capability to control both sides without any problems.........or there are???
"The brain needs the body to sustain it, and the body needs the brain to control it and make it do necessary things" the idiot brain by Dean Burnette.

CONSIDER YOURSELF DEAD

The End.
Everything has its own end...Deadline.
Exams, schedules, rules, movies, novels, books, love stories, relationships, marriage, even grief and life. They have an end. Except for one thing. One thing in this life that has no end.
FEAR
Fear has no end. You may live your life in fear and die in it.
I think fear is the most powerful feeling ever. It has no boundaries, no reasoning, even no cause.
You can't explain, stop it or forget it. You just feel it.
It beats every other feeling.
It beats hope...when you like something so much but your fear of failure or loss makes you lose your enthusiasm and hope.
It beats hate....when you hate something so much but you are forced to do it just for the fear of consequences.
It beats love... When you don't show your feelings for the one you love just for the fear of rejection.
It even beats death. When you kill yourself just from the fear of living. When you choose to end your life by your hand and choose to run.
Which bring us to the ultimate rule ever.
"If fear beats death...then life beats fear"
And if you are very much alive , reading this blog post right now and still have fear in your gut , then you may consider your self dead...cause no life comes with fear
